Existentialism is a Humanism
While speaking at Club Maintenant in Paris in October of 1945, Jean Paul Satre presented the concept that existentialism is basically a prerequisite of philosophers. Shortly after presenting his theories to a room filled with his colleagues and peers, Satre made the text of his presentation available to anyone with an interest in his teachings, or philosophy as a whole. Existentialism is a Humanism was originally set to print over sixty years ago, and has since been translated and published in several languages. The book quickly became the quintessential work in the field of existentialism, and made Sabre one of the most famous and celebrated personalities in philosophy.
